1. Fees fill the pack. Every trade of the coin pays creator fees. They fill the meter up to the price of the next pack.
2. Hot seat. When the pack is almost full, a 60 second countdown runs. Buy the coin during it and your ticket counts 3x for that pack.
3. The draw locks. Countdown over: every holder with 100,000+ tokens is frozen into the draw (bigger bag = bigger chance), fingerprinted, and a future Solana block is picked as the dice.
4. She rips it live. Bought on the same machine as the pump.fun app packs. The block lands, the winner is picked by bag, the card goes straight to their wallet.
5. Keep or risk it. If your card sells back for more than a pack costs, you get 30 seconds: keep it, or trade it for that pack and she rips it for you, live. Kept cards: cash out within 72 hours or ship them home.
6. Bigger coin, bigger packs. Market cap goals unlock the next pack, up to the $5,000 Celestial. Two goals unlock one-time watch rips.

Anyone can redo any draw: open a card on the wall and hit draw proof. Packs are gambling, cards can be worth less than the pack.
